All product prices shown on HerStore.lk are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts, promotions, product availability, and promotional conditions may change without prior notice.
Where a promotion or discount is offered, any specific conditions displayed with that promotion will apply.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or listing errors. If an order is affected by a significant error, we will contact the customer before proceeding where appropriate.
6. Placing an Order
When you place an order through HerStore.lk, you are requesting to purchase the selected products at the prices and conditions shown at the time of ordering.
An order is subject to product availability, successful payment or applicable payment arrangements, accurate customer information, and order confirmation.
We may contact you to confirm delivery details or clarify information before dispatch.
Please make sure your name, phone number, delivery address, and other order details are correct before completing checkout.
7. Payment
HerStore.lk may offer different payment options depending on the checkout options available at the time of purchase.
Payment details are processed through the relevant payment provider or payment gateway. We do not intentionally store complete card details on our own servers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information and for completing payment using an accepted method.
8. Delivery
We aim to process confirmed orders received before 4:00 PM for same-day dispatch where possible. Orders placed after 4:00 PM are generally processed on the next working day.
Our delivery partners operate Monday to Saturday and do not normally deliver on Sundays or Mercantile holidays.
Standard island-wide delivery is currently Rs. 350, subject to the conditions described in our Delivery Information page.
Estimated delivery times may vary according to location, courier conditions, weather, holidays, operational delays, and other circumstances outside our control.
For unusually large or bulky parcels, additional delivery charges may apply based on volumetric weight. Where this applies, we will confirm the additional charge before dispatch.
9. Delivery Contact & Address Accuracy
A member of our team or delivery partner may contact you to confirm delivery details.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and reachable contact number.
Missed calls, incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or delayed responses may cause delivery delays or rescheduling.
Where applicable, parcels are tracked and a Proof of Delivery record may be generated by the courier.
10. Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect your parcel as soon as possible after delivery.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, leaking, broken, defective, or otherwise problematic item, contact us promptly and provide the relevant order details and photographs where appropriate.

11. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
