At Her Store LK, we know how exciting it is to wait for your favourite beauty finds to arrive. So, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible, wherever you are in Sri Lanka.
Order Processing
For all orders confirmed before 4:00 PM, we make every effort to process and dispatch them the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
Please note: our delivery partners operate Monday to Saturday, and do not deliver on Sundays or Mercantile holidays.
Delivery Timelines & Charges
To make sure your order reaches you safely and on time, no matter where you are on the island, we’ve partnered with two trusted courier providers: Fardar Express Domestic and Pronto Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, one of Sri Lanka’s most established domestic courier services with over three decades of experience serving individual and corporate customers island-wide.
Depending on your location and parcel volume at the time of dispatch, your order will be handed over to whichever of our two courier partners can get it to you fastest and most reliably. Either way, you’ll pay one flat delivery fee of Rs. 350.00, wherever you are in Sri Lanka.

Delivery timelines are calculated excluding Sundays and Mercantile holidays, and may vary slightly depending on your exact location.
The flat rate above applies to standard-sized parcels. For unusually large or bulky orders, delivery fees may be calculated based on volumetric weight (package dimensions), and we’ll always confirm this with you before dispatch.
Order Confirmation & Delivery Contact
Once your order is dispatched, a member of our team may contact you to confirm your delivery details. To avoid delays, please:
- Keep your phone reachable around your expected delivery window
- Respond promptly to calls or messages from our delivery team
- Double-check your address and contact number at checkout
Missed calls or delayed responses may result in rescheduled or delayed deliveries, so we really appreciate your cooperation here.
A Few Honest Notes
We always aim to deliver exactly as promised, but every now and then, delivery dates may shift slightly due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, regional holidays, or courier delays. If anything changes, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
All parcels are carefully packed before dispatch, but we kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If something looks damaged or incorrect, please let the delivery person know immediately and reach out to us. Our Refund & Returns Policy has all the details on what happens next.
Our official delivery partners, Fardar Express Domestic and Pronto Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, handle all island-wide deliveries on our behalf. A Proof of Delivery (POD) document is generated for every parcel, and each item is tracked so you always know where your order stands, whichever partner is handling it.
If a delivery related issue needs to be escalated, complaints can be lodged in writing within 7 days of the POD for investigation. Just let us know which courier delivered your order, and we’ll coordinate with them on your behalf.
